Dean Latchana is on a lifelong quest to explore how the Agile mindset, and Lean ways of working, can help individuals & organisations sense and respond to a rapidly changing world.

Dean has been in the digital product industry since 2000, and has gained a wealth of experience helping organisations build a shared understanding between business leadership, product development and technical delivery.

As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at brands, such as the UK Government, BBC, MTV, Nike, Telegraph newspaper, Financial Times and Sainsbury’s, Dean believes he can offer valuable insight into how Agile is adopted in large organisations.

In a time of rapid business, technological and cultural change, Dean is keen to work with others to transform organisations so that they can exploit new business challenges and opportunities.

To reference Daniel H. Pink’s book Drive, Dean understands successful organisations must allow their teams to exercise autonomy in their work, gain mastery in their profession, and have an unshakable grasp of their purpose.

Dean believes this can be achieved through advocating the agile mindset, lean principles, and within a culture that aids mutual learning in an open and respectful environment.

Only with these mindsets can organisations shift from being reactionary to market forces, to gaining the edge to survive and excel in their field.
